Delivery companies will try and deliver orders 3 times, after this, they will be returned to our dispatch address. Orders that are sent out again, will require the postage paying again, this will be charged to the customer. Delivery damages must be notified to Sporting Gifts on line within 6 working days of the delivery date. No claims for delivered damaged items will be accepted after this time.
