A range of Miniature English pewter military guns mounted on plinths . On a wooden plinth, available on a Light Oak plinth. (ONLY)
Plaque Reads :-
Created in mid 1400's and preceded the wheellock. The powder was ignited by a striker called a serpentine, which held a slow burning matchcord. When the trigger was pulled, this lowered the cord into the flash pan, which ignited and then set off the powder in the barrel. Length 55.9 inch (142cm),
