Unfortunately it is not possible for customers to collect their orders. We achieve great efficiencies through automating the processes throughout the business which delivers great value for money and great customer service. This does however mean that it is not possible to collect your order from our warehouse.

Cancellation or damaged items must be notified in writing within 5 working days of the item being delivered. All deliveries must be signed for. P&P not refundable on undamaged items. No personalised items will be accepted for returns, unless the items have been incorrectly personalised.
