Delivery companies will try and deliver orders 2 times, after this, they will be returned to our dispatch address. Orders that are sent out again, will require the postage paying again, this will be charged to the customer. Delivery damages must be notified to Sporting Gifts on line within 6 working days of the delivery date, with images of the item, inner and outer packaging and also the delivery label.
