Plaque Reads :-
Designed by R. Barrett in 1980, and produced by Barrett Firearms manufacturing. Started service in 1989 and still being used. Carrying the .50 BMG (12.7 x 99mm) or .416 Barrett in a 10 round detachable box magazine.
Weight 29.7 lbs/ 13.5kg. Length 48inches/ 122 cm.
