Plaque Reads :-
bolt action sniper rifle designed and manufactured by a British company "Accuracy International" The British army adopted the "PM" version in 1982 as the L96A1 and fitted it with a Schmidt & Bender 6x42 telescopic sight.
The rifle is chambered for the 7.62x51mm NATO cartridge.
