On black baize, with green mount and housed in a walnut coloured frame.

Designed in 1954,it is an selective fire automatic rifle chambered for the 7.62×51mm NATO round. The M14 was developed as a replacement for four different weapons systems the M1 rifle, the M1 Carbine, the M3 and the M1918 Browning Automatic Rifle (BAR).
